How should we maintain it during use? Today I will introduce it to you:

The continuous running time is less than 10 hours a day, ensuring the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. The water spindle motor should not be short of water. The cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. If the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.

After each use of the machine, pay attention to cleaning, be sure to clean the dust on the platform and the transmission system, and regularly (weekly) lubricate and oil the transmission system (X, Y, Z axes). (Note: The X, Y, and Z axes are maintained with engine oil; the screw part is added with high-speed butter; if the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the PRTT ball screw and the light rod (square guide or circular guide) should be rinsed and cleaned with gasoline first, and then engine oil should be added, otherwise it will cause excessive resistance in the transmission part of the machine and cause the machine to be misaligned.)

When performing maintenance and inspection on electrical appliances, be sure to cut off the power supply, and wait until the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator light goes out before proceeding.

The fasteners of the engraving machine should be checked after using it for about three months, and the connecting screws on both sides of the gantry, the fastening screws of the lead screw nut, and the fastening screws of the motors on both sides should be tightened.24
