At first, this friend thought that we only do laser machinery. Later in the communication, I slowly told this friend that woodworking machinery is also an important part of us. This friend has his own farm, manor, and forestry factory. He sent me many, very beautiful pictures and videos. I think that if I have a chance in the future, I will definitely set foot on that mysterious land and see its beauty.
This friend has some very tall logs to be processed into solid wood Roman columns. We do manufacture CNC woodworking lathes, machining stair posts, baseball bats, furniture legs and more. Knowing that Roman columns were to be processed, I told this friend that we had no experience in producing such a large CNC woodworking lathe. While communicating with this friend, communicate with our technical department. The size the customer wants to process is 3.5 meters long and 650mm in diameter. It's been too long. It's about this number, I can't remember it clearly.
After tortuous design, repeated testing, and wasting a lot of accessories, I finally customized a small beast-like CNC woodworking lathe for this friend, which is very large and beautiful.
