Excellent manufacturing process level and brand accessories are the factors that determine the quality of the equipment. Many customers will have the problem of cutting section jagged in the process of using the equipment. How does this happen?

1.Vibration

If the metal laser cutting machine vibrates, the products it cut will be serrated. There are two reasons. First, the external condition of the machine, such as whether the water tank and exhaust fan are too close during the cutting process. If it is too close and close to the edge of the machine tool, it will vibrate the machine tool during operation, and when cutting materials, it will generate vibration, affecting the cutting edge effect.

2.Machine plane

If the plane of the machine is not installed well, the machine is unstable, it will also shake during operation, and the cut goods will also be serrated.

3.The lens is not locked.

Sometimes, if the lens is not locked, the lens will vibrate when the machine is running, and when the machine is cut, the light will also vibrate, so the effect of cutting goods is not good and there will be serrated.

4.Gears, gear bases, etc.

This situation can also be caused if the edge of the gear seat is close to the seat, causing deviation, etc.

5.Damaged sliders

Many things in the slider are damaged or stuffed into the beads of the slider, which will tremble when running on the slide rail. So when cutting materials, there will be a lot of serrated teeth.

6.The slide rails are not parallel

If the two rails are not installed in parallel, they will get stuck when running, and there will be jagged teeth when cutting.

If the metal laser cutting machine has jagged teeth during cutting, you can press the laser head by hand to make it not jitter during operation. If you press it by hand, it must be a slider problem; if there is still, pick it up and check the belt and gear. If there is a new machine, it must not be installed at the time of installation, or the control drive does not match the motor.
