1. Fiber laser generator
The laser generator is the core “power source” of the laser equipment, a device that generates the laser light source, and an expensive component in the fiber laser cutting machine. Fiber laser cutting machine is a laser cutting machine with fiber laser generator as the light source.
Fiber laser is a new type of fiber laser newly developed in the world. It outputs a laser beam with high energy density, which is concentrated on the surface of the workpiece, so that the area irradiated by the ultra-fine focus spot on the workpiece is instantly melted and vaporized, and the spot is moved by a numerical control mechanical system. The irradiation position realizes automatic cutting.
2. Fiber laser cutting head
The cutting head mainly includes cavity, focusing lens holder, focusing lens, capacitance sensor, auxiliary gas, nozzle and other parts.
The cutting head is the laser output device of the fiber laser cutting machine, which is composed of a nozzle, a focus lens and a focus tracking system. The cutting head of the laser cutting machine will run according to the set cutting track, but the height of the laser cutting head needs to be adjusted and controlled according to different materials, different thicknesses, and different cutting methods.
The cutting head driving device is used to drive the cutting head to move along the Z axis according to the program, and is composed of a servo motor and a lead screw or gear and other transmission components.
3. Numerical control system
The CNC control system is the dominant operating system of the fiber laser cutting machine, which mainly controls the machine tool to realize the movement of the X, Y, and Z axes, and also controls the output power of the laser. Its quality determines the stability of the operating performance of the fiber laser cutting machine. Through software control, the cutting effect can be improved.
4. Motor
The motor of the laser cutting machine is the core component of the motion system. The performance of the motor directly affects the effect of product processing and production efficiency. At present, the commonly used motors are stepper motors and servo motors. Configure according to the industry type and product type of the cutting object.
A. Servo motor
Servo motor refers to the engine that controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system, and is an auxiliary motor indirect speed change device.
The servo motor can control the speed and position accuracy very accurately, and can convert the voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the control object.
The high-quality servo motor can effectively ensure the cutting accuracy, positioning speed and repeat positioning accuracy of the laser cutting machine.
Servo motor features: high motion, stable motion, high load, stable performance, smooth edges of processed products, and fast cutting speed. But its price is also higher, which is suitable for industries and products with higher cutting requirements.
B. Stepper motor
The stepping motor has high starting speed and sensitive response, which is suitable for cutting with low requirements. The price is lower. In addition, there are many brands of stepper motors with different performances.
5. Rack
Fiber laser cutting machines have very high requirements for machine stability. At present, the mainstream shelves on the market include gantry type, cantilever type, beam type, etc. Different shelves have different functions. For example, beam racks are mainly used for material cutting by large manufacturers. There are also models for specific fields, such as three-dimensional fiber laser cutting, which are mainly used in the automotive industry.
6. Lens
There are many types of lenses for fiber laser cutting machines, such as total reflection lenses, semi-reflection lenses, focusing lenses, laser lenses and so on. Different lenses have different functions. The quality of the lens directly affects the output power of the laser, and also affects the performance of the entire fiber laser machine.
7. Other important parts
1) Chiller
Used to cool the laser generator. The cooling water takes away excess heat and keeps the laser generator working normally. The cooler also cools the optical path mirror and focusing mirror outside the machine tool to ensure stable beam transmission quality and effectively prevent the lens from deforming or breaking due to excessive temperature.
2) Gas supply system
The gas supply system of fiber laser cutting machine mainly includes gas source, filter device and pipeline. Among them, the air source has two types: bottled air and compressed air. The gas cylinder includes a working medium gas cylinder and an auxiliary gas cylinder for the laser cutting machine, which is used to supplement the industrial gas of the laser oscillation and provide auxiliary gas for the cutting head.
